Climbing the Walls

On this one I tried to create a bit of a Steely Dan feel, albeit a very weak imitation. I started with a Hammond B3 staccato rhythm that made me feel a little on edge.Then I tried to come up with lyrics that evoked that feeling.There's a healthy dose of dissonance and some climbing crescendos that made me fidgety.

My toes are tapping as we speak.
